Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Retainer (1) - Release [ 2x ]
- Brake Pipe Fitting (2) - Disconnect
- Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Brake Hose Retainer (3) - Remove
Retainer (1) - Release [ 2x ]
- Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (2) @ Front Suspension Strut - Remove
Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) @ Front Brake Caliper - Remove
- Front Brake Hose (2) - Remove
- Front Brake Hose Washer (3) - Remove and DISCARD [ 2x ]
- Plug the caliper inlet to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
