Apply Structural foam 3M™ NVH Dampening Material or equivalent to the front compartment side rail baffle (1).

Front Fender (1) - Install

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Front Fender Bolt (1) - Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Front Fender Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Headlamp Bolt (3) - Install - Front Headlamp Replacement (With T87) , or Front Headlamp Replacement (Without T87)

Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 5x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Front Fender Nut (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Install the appropriate front fender insulator:
- For left side, refer to Front Fender Insulator Replacement - Left Side .
- For right side, refer to Front Fender Insulator Replacement - Right Side .
Front Wheelhouse Liner - Install - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension - Left Side - Install - Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement - Left Side
Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension - Right Side - Install - Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement - Right Side
