Removal Procedure

  1. Apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.

    Disconnect the front side door wiring harness (1) electrical connector. Front Side Door Wiring Harness Replacement

    Front Side Door Check Link Bolt (2) - Remove - Front Side Door Check Link Replacement

    Mark the location of the front side door hinges with a grease pencil to aid in alignment during installation.

  5. Support the door before removing the hinge fastener.
  6. Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (1) - Remove [ 4x ] - Front Side Door Upper Hinge and Lower Hinge Replacement 
  7. With the aid of an assistant, remove the front side door (2).
  8. Transfer components as necessary.
