Installation Procedure

With the aid of an assistant, position the instrument panel tie bar assembly into the vehicle. (1)
Install the instrument panel wiring harness to the position noted in the removal procedure.
Connect and position the wiring harness.

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [ 6x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Front Compartment Fuse Block Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
