Test the vehicle on a shop hoist or road test.It may be necessary to compare to a like vehicle to determine if an issue is present.If a symptom exists, related to but not included in the customer complaint, refer to appropriate symptom chart. |

NOTE:
Inspect shock/strut absorber for fluid leakage, clean, or replace as necessary and tighten to correct specification.
Failure of one shock/strut does not indicate condition of others in system. Shocks/struts are designed and intended to operate independent of each other, and as such should be diagnosed and addressed individually to avoid unneeded repairs. |
