Installation Procedure

Turbocharger Tube Seal (4) - Install NEW
Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe Seal (3) - Install NEW [ 2x ]
Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe Gasket (2) - Install NEW

CAUTION:

When installing a quick-connect turbocharger oil feed pipe, ensure that the oil feed pipe is fully secured into the oil feed pipe fitting. An audible click will be heard when the oil feed pipe is seated. If the oil feed pipe is not fully seated, an oil leak can occur in certain RPM ranges and will cause significant component and/or vehicle damage. Due to the possibility of significant component and/or vehicle damage from an oil feed pipe leak, it is necessary to start the engine and inspect for signs of leakage around the connections after performing the repair.

NOTE:

Do not bend the oil feed pipe.

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe Bolt - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 8.5 N.m (75 lb/in)

Retainer Clip (1) - Install

Engine Mount Bracket-Left Side (2) - Install - Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Left Side (AWD) , or Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Left Side (RWD)
