Disassemble Procedure

Oil Pan Drain Plug (1) - Remove
- Oil Pan Drain Plug Seal (2) - Remove
- Oil Filter (3) - Remove and DISCARD
- Oil Filter Adapter Fitting (4) - Remove
Lower Oil Pan Bolt (1) - Remove [ 12x ]
- Lower Oil Pan (2) - Remove and DISCARD
Engine Oil Level Switch Clip (1) - Remove
- Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch Bolt (2) - Remove [ 2x ]
- Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch (3) - Remove
- Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch O-Ring Seal (4) - Remove and DISCARD
Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator Bolt (1) - Remove
- Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator (2) - Remove
- Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator Seal (3) - Remove and DISCARD
- Oil Pan High Pressure Port Seal (4) - Remove and DISCARD
Oil Pan Baffle Bolt (1) - Remove [ 2x ]
- Oil Pan Baffle (2) - Remove
- Dowel Pin (3) - Remove [ 2x ]
- Engine Block Oil Gallery Plug (4) - Remove
NOTE:
Inspect the oil pan drain plug seal and replace if necessary.
