Installation Procedure

Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch O-Ring Seal (1) - Install NEW
- Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch (2) - Install
- Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch Bolt (3) - Install [ 2x ] 10 N.m (89 lb/in)
- Engine Oil Level Switch Clip (4) - Install
- NOTE:
Ensure proper use of room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) sealant. Use of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) and Anaerobic Sealant
Apply proper sealant to the NEW lower oil pan. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
Lower Oil Pan (1) - Install NEW
- Lower Oil Pan Bolt (2) - Install [ 12x ] - Lower Oil Pan Replacement
Oil Pan - Install - Upper Oil Pan Replacement (AWD) , or Upper Oil Pan Replacement (RWD)
