Removal Procedure

Engine Coolant Fan (1) - Remove - Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LSY) , or Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LGY)
Accessory Drive Primary Belt (1) - Remove - Accessory Drive Primary Belt Replacement
Assemble and install the EN-52287 Balancer Holding Tool and EN-956-1 Extension (1) to the crankshaft balancer.
- Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (2) - Remove
Install the EN-44226-5 Crankshaft Button (1) in the nose of the crankshaft.
- Install the EN-41816 Crankshaft Balancer Remover (2) and tighten the center bolt to pull the crankshaft balancer off of the crankshaft.
Crankshaft Balancer (1) - Remove
- Remove the EN-44226-5 Crankshaft Button from the crankshaft.
