Charger Air Cooler Cover Cleaning Procedure

- Remove any remaining gasket and/or gasket material from the following:
- Throttle body mounting surface
- Intake manifold mounting surface
- Charger air cooler mounting surfaces
- Clean the following charge air cooler cover areas in solvent.
- Charge air cooler cover gasket sealing areas
- Charge air cooler cover passages
- Evaporative emission (EVAP) solenoid passage
- Dry the charge air cooler cover and throttle body with compressed air.
