Charge Air Cooler Cover Assemble

Charge Air Cooler Cover Seal (5) - Install a NEW seal.
- Throttle Body Gasket (4) - Install a NEW gasket.
- Throttle Body (3) - Install
- Throttle Body Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb/in) [ 4x ]
- Throttle Actuator Wire (1) - Install
Charge Air Cooler Housing Gasket (4) - Install a NEW gasket.
- Charge Air Cooler- Right Side (3) - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb/in) [ 6x ]
- Charge Air Cooler Retainer (1) - Install [ 6x ]
Charge Air Cooler Housing Gasket (4) - Install a NEW gasket.
- Charge Air Cooler- Left Side (3) - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb/in) [ 6x ]
- Charge Air Cooler Retainer (1) - Install [ 6x ]
Intake Air Pressure and Temperature Sensor (2) - Install
- Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor (3) - Install
- Intake Air Pressure and Temperature Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 4 N.m (35 lb/in)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 4 N.m (35 lb/in)
- Evaporative Emission Canister (4) - Install
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (3) - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (2) - Install [ 4x ]
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Manifold Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb/in) [ 2x ]
Charge Air Cooler Insulator (2) - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Insulator Retainer (1) - Install [ 6x ]
