Installation Procedure

Camshaft Housing Cover Insulator - Install
Position the right side lower turbocharger wastegate bracket (1) in place.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Install the 2 right side lower turbocharger wastegate bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb/in)
- Oil Level Indicator Tube Bracket Bolt - (2) Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb/in)
Install inlet hose bracket (2).
- Install the inlet hose bracket bolt (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb/in)
Connect all electrical connectors. - Install
- Install the engine wiring harness to the engine with (2) harness retainers.
- Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install [ 2x ]
Charge Air Cooler Cover (1) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Cover Replacement
Intake Manifold Cover (2) - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
