Cleaning Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove old thread sealant, gasket material or RTV sealant using the EN-28410  Gasket Remover.
  2. Ensure proper use of room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) sealant. Use of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) and Anaerobic Sealant 
  3. Clean the camshaft carriers using a non corrosive solvent.
  4. Clean out debris from the bolt holes.
    5. WARNING:

    Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  5. Dry the camshaft carriers with compressed air.
