Installation Procedure

    Install EN-51767-2  Universal Stretchy Belt Installer (1) onto the crankshaft balancer.

  2. Position the accessory drive auxiliary belt (2) on the generator pulley and crankshaft balancer as shown.
  3. Slowly rotate the crankshaft balancer in a clockwise direction while using finger pressure to pull the accessory drive auxiliary belt (2) forward.
  4. Inspect the accessory drive auxiliary belt for proper installation and alignment.
  5. Rotate the crankshaft balancer and additional 360 degrees to ensure proper installation of the accessory drive auxiliary belt.
