Engine Block Disassemble Procedure

    Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (1) - Remove

  2. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD
  3. Starter Locating Pin (3) - Remove [2x]

    Engine Block Core Hole Plug (1) - Remove

  5. Guide Pin (2, 3) - Remove [4x]

    Cylinder Head Locating Pin (1) - Remove [2x]

    Piston Oil Nozzle Bolt (2) - Remove [4x]

    Oil Flow Check Valve (2) - Remove

  10. Oil Flow Check Valve Seal (1) - Remove and DISCARD
