Engine Block Assemble Procedure

    Oil Flow Check Valve Seal (1) - Install NEW

  2. Oil Flow Check Valve (2) - Install

    Piston Oil Nozzle (1) - Install [4x]

    4. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  4. Piston Oil Nozzle Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Caution

    Cylinder Head Locating Pin (1) - Install [2x] - use KM-266  Remover/ Installer

    Engine Block Core Hole Plug (1) - Install

  7. Guide Pin (2, 3) - Install [4x]

    Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Seal (2) - Install NEW

    9. CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution

  9. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  10. Engine Coolant Heater Hole Plug (4) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  11. Starter Locating Pin (3) - Install [2x] - use J-26269  Remover/ Installer
