Disassemble Procedure
- Lower Crankcase Extension - Remove - Lower Crankcase Extension Replacement (AWD)
Oil Pan High Pressure Port Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD
- Lower crankcase locating pin (2) is press fit and not serviceable separately.
- Engine block lower structural extension pin (3) is press fit and not serviceable separately.
Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve Bolt (1) - Remove
- Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve Wire (2) - Remove
- Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve Seal (3) - Remove and DISCARD
Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve Bolt (1) - Remove
- Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve (2) - Remove
Balancer Shaft Housing Bolt (1) - Remove [7x]
- Balancer Shaft Lower Housing (2) - Remove
Oil Pump Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]
- Balancer Shaft Lower Housing (2) - Remove
- Oil Pump (3) - Remove
- Oil Pump Drive Shaft (4) - Remove
- Oil Pump Gasket (5) - Remove and DISCARD
Balancer Shaft Housing Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Balancer Shaft Bearing Cap (2) - Remove
- Balancer Shaft Bearing (3) - Remove [10x]
- Balancer Drive Shaft (4) - Remove
- Balancer Driven Shaft (5) - Remove

Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube (1) - Remove
- Balancer Shaft Housing Locating Pin (2) - Remove [2x]
- Engine Block Lower Structural Extension Pin (3) - Remove [2x]
- Engine Block Lower Structural Extension Core Hole Plug (4) - Remove
- Engine Block Lower Structural Extension Oil Gallery Plug (5) - Remove
- Engine Block Lower Structural Extension Oil Gallery Plug (6) - Remove [2x]
