Installation Procedure

    Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Intake Manifold Brace Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Clip (2) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (3) - Install

  5. Intake Manifold Brace Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Wiring Harness (2) - Reposition

  7. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [5x]

    Retainer (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Connect [2x]

    NOTE:

    Ensure the intake manifold cover insulator retainers fully engage the intake manifold cover studs.

    Intake Manifold Cover Insulator (1) - Install

    Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install - Fastener Specifications

    Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

    Push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (2).

  13. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  14. Install the oil fill cap.
