Installation Procedure
Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator Gasket (3) - Install NEW
- Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator (2) - Install
- Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator Bolt (1) - Install and hand tighten [7x]

Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten in sequence [7x] - Fastener Specifications
Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe Gasket (3) - Install NEW
- Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe (2) - Install
- Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe Bolt (1) - Install [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe (3) @ Engine Coolant Flow Control Valve - Install
- Hose Clamp (2) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe Bolt (1) - Install - Fastener Specifications
Engine Wiring Harness Retainer (1) @ Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe - Install
Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe Bolt (2) - Install - Fastener Specifications
- Engine Wiring Harness Connector (1) @ Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe - Install
Heater Inlet Hose (3) @ Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe - Install
- Turbocharger Coolant Feed and Return Pipe (2) @ Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe - Install
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (3) @ Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe - Install
- Hose Clamp (2) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - Connect
Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install
Push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (2).
- Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Install the oil fill cap.
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B GE 47716)
- Inspect for coolant leaks.
