Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the oil fill cap.

    Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  3. Lift up on the front of the intake manifold cover (2).

    Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Remove

    Using an appropriate tool, rotate the drive belt tensioner (1) counterclockwise and hold tension.

  6. Accessory Drive Primary Belt (2) - Remove
  7. Slowly release tension on the drive belt tensioner (1).

    Belt Idler Pulley (1) - Remove

    Drive Belt Tensioner Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  10. Drive Belt Tensioner (2) - Remove
