Installation Procedure

    Drive Belt Tensioner (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Drive Belt Tensioner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Belt Idler Pulley (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Using an appropriate tool, rotate the drive belt tensioner (1) counterclockwise and hold tension.

  5. Accessory Drive Primary Belt (2) - Install
  6. Slowly release tension on the accessory drive primary belt tensioner.

    Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

    Push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (2).

  9. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
