Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Rear Brake Pipe Nut (1) - Remove
- Rear Brake Hose Retainer (2) - Remove
- Cap the rear brake pipe outlet to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Plug the rear brake hose inlet to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
Rear Brake Hose Fitting (1) - Remove
- Rear Brake Hose Fitting Gasket (2) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]
- Rear Brake Hose (3) - Remove
- Plug the rear brake caliper inlet to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Plug the rear brake hose outlet to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
