Removal Procedure

  1. Apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.

    Disconnect the rear side door wiring harness (1) electrical connector.

    Rear Side Door Check Link Body Side Bolt (1) - Remove

    Mark the location of the rear side door hinges with a grease pencil to aid in alignment during installation.

  5. Support the door before removing the hinge fastener.
  6. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (1) - Remove [4x]
  7. With the aid of an assistant, remove the rear side door (2).
  8. Transfer components as necessary.
