Installation Procedure

    Clean the area where the rear compartment lid weatherstrip (1) will be mounted. Use a suitable solvent with a mixture of 50 percent isopropyl alcohol and 50 percent water by volume, or high-flash naphtha.

  2. Position the rear compartment lid weatherstrip (1) working downward along the edge, install the rear compartment lid weatherstrip (1) on the rear compartment opening flange.
  3. Ensure that the rear compartment lid weatherstrip (1) is seated on the entire rear compartment opening flange.
