Installation Procedure

NOTE:
The fuel tank filler pipe housing and fuel tank filler pipe must be loose to rotate housing to install on vehicle.

Rotate the fuel tank filler pipe housing (1) and the fuel tank filler pipe to the body side outer panel.

NOTE:
When replacing the fuel tank filler housing with a new housing, a new label is required to be added to the new fuel filler housing.

Press the fuel tank filler pipe housing (1) on the body side outer panel until fully seated.

Fuel Tank Filler Door (1) - Install
Raise the vehicle.

Rear Wheelhouse Liner (5) - Install
Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (3) - Install [2x]
Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (1) - Install
Rear Bumper Fascia Screw (4) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications

Rear Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Install
Rear Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Lower the vehicle.
