Installation Procedure
Apply Structural foam 3M™ NVH Dampening Material or equivalent to the front compartment side rail baffle (1).
Front Fender - Right Side - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
- Front Fender Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Remove the double layer of masking tape from the windshield.
Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Front Fender Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications [2x]
Front Fender Insulator (2) - Install
- Front Fender Insulator Retainer (1) - Install
Windshield Washer Solvent Container (2) - Install
- Windshield Washer Solvent Container Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Windshield Washer Pump Hose (2) - Connect
- Install the windshield washer solvent container wiring harness retainers (1).
- Connect the electrical connectors.

Front Bumper Fascia Guide (3) - Install
- Front Bumper Fascia Guide Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install - Fastener Specifications
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
- NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.
Position the rocker panel molding (2) to the vehicle and seat the upper rocker panel molding retainers (1) into the body side outer panel.
- Seat the lower rocker panel molding retainers (1) into the body side outer panel.
Position the rear wheelhouse liner (4) to its original location.
- Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (3) - Install
- Rear Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Install
- Rear Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Wheelhouse Liner (3) - Install
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [7x] - Fastener Specifications
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (1) - Install [4x]
Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
- Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:
- Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.
- Components removed for graphic clarity.
Engine Front Splash Shield (3) - Install
- Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
- Engine Front Splash Shield Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
- Install the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Lubricate the end of the windshield washer solvent container filler tube (2) with full strength windshield washer fluid.
- While twisting, push the windshield washer solvent container filler tube (2) into the windshield washer solvent container grommet until fully seated.
- Windshield Washer Solvent Container Filler Tube Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

Front Compartment Side Sight Shield (2) - Install
- Front Compartment Side Sight Shield Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
- NOTE:

Hood Rear Outer Air Inlet Seal (2) - Install
- Hood Rear Outer Air Inlet Seal Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
Install the air inlet grille panel extension (1).
- Remove the masking tape.
- Using a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water with a clean towel, remove any left over adhesive residue from the masking tape.
