Installation Procedure

    Apply Structural foam 3M™ NVH Dampening Material or equivalent to the front compartment side rail baffle (1).

    Front Fender - Left Side - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications 

  4. Front Fender Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  5. Front Fender Screw (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 

  7. Headlamp Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Position the rocker panel molding (2) to the vehicle and seat the upper rocker panel molding retainers (1) into the body side outer panel.

  9. Seat the lower rocker panel molding retainers (1) into the body side outer panel.

    Position the rear wheelhouse liner (4) to its original location.

  11. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (3) - Install
  12. Rear Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Install
  13. Rear Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Guide (3) - Install

  15. Front Bumper Fascia Guide Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Fender Insulator (2) - Install

    Front Wheelhouse Liner (3) - Install

  21. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install [4x]
  22. Front Wheelhouse Liner Screw (1) - Install and tighten [7x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  24. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  25. If equipped with AWD:

    Engine Front Splash Shield (3) - Install

  27. Engine Front Splash Shield Screw (2) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
  28. Push Pin (1) - Install
  29. If equipped with RWD:

    Engine Front Splash Shield (3) - Install

  31. Push Pin (2) - Install [2x]
  32. Engine Front Splash Shield Screw (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Install

  34. NOTE:

    With V03, they will have 3 bolts. Without V03, they will have 4 bolts.

  35. Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  36. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

    Front Compartment Side Sight Shield (2) - Install

    Hood Rear Outer Air Inlet Seal (2) - Install

  40. Hood Rear Outer Air Inlet Seal Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Install the air inlet grille panel extension (1).

  42. Remove the masking tape.
  43. Using a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water with a clean towel, remove any left over adhesive residue from the masking tape.
