Installation Procedure
- Remove the plug from the rear brake caliper inlet.
- Remove the plug from the rear brake hose outlet.
Rear Brake Hose Fitting Gasket (2) - Install NEW [2x]
- Rear Brake Hose (3) - Install
- Rear Brake Hose Fitting (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Remove the plug from the rear brake hose inlet.
- Remove the cap from the rear brake pipe outlet.
Rear Brake Hose Retainer (2) - Install
- Rear Brake Pipe Nut - (1) Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (JE5) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (J55)
- Check for brake system leaks.
- Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
