Installation Procedure

    Front Compartment Front Panel (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Front Compartment Front Panel Bolt - Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Fender Bolt - Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 

  4. Front Compartment Front Panel Bolt - Left Side (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications 
  5. Reposition the wiring harness.

  11. Position the wiring harness.

    Hood Hold Open Rod (2) - Install

  13. Hood Hold Open Rod Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Forward Lamp Wire Harness Ground Terminal (2) - Install [2x]

  15. Forward Lamp Wire Harness Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Ground Repair

    Engine Wire Harness Ground Terminal (2) - Install

  17. Engine Wire Harness Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Ground Repair

    Connect the transmission control module electrical connector (3)

  19. Battery Negative Cable Ground (2) - Install
  20. Battery Negative Cable Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Engine Control Module Bracket (2) - Install

  22. Engine Control Module Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Body Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket (2) - Install

  24. Body Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Bolt (1) Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Attach the hood primary latch release cable end retainer (1) to the latch.

  26. Install the hood primary latch release cable to the 2 retainer (2).

    Install the air cleaner (1) and air cleaner outlet duct (2) as an assembly.

    Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications

  29. Air Cleaner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Intake Air Duct (1) - Install

    Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (1) - Install

    Align the hood primary and secondary latch (1) with the marks made during removal.

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Right Side (3) - Install

  38. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Horn (2) - Install [2x]

  45. Horn Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  46. Connect the electrical connectors.

    Position the engine auxiliary radiator assembly (1) to the vehicle.

    Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

  62. Charge Air Cooler Upper Bracket Nut (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Connect all electrical connectors.

  70. Install the left and right side headlamps (2)
  71. Secure the front headlamp guide pin to the front bumper fascia guide (1).

    Secure the wiring harness retaining tab.

  73. Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    The front bumper fascia will rest in place by guides on the center support upper structure.

    With the aid of an assistant, install the fascia (1)

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

  77. Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
  78. Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Retainer (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Install the left side of the front bumper fascia (1) to the front bumper fascia guide (2) and the front headlamp (3).

    Connect the electrical connector.

    Install the right side of the front bumper fascia (1) to the front bumper fascia guide (2) and the front headlamp (3).

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

  83. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Install and tighten the left side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2). Fastener Specifications

    Front Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Install [2x]

  96. Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
  97. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  98. Lower the vehicle.
  99. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
