Installation Procedure

    Front Compartment Front Panel (1) - Install

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Front Compartment Front Panel Bolt - Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Fender Bolt - Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 

  4. Front Compartment Front Panel Bolt - Left Side (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications 
  5. Reposition the wiring harness.

  11. Position the wiring harness.

    Hood Hold Open Rod (2) - Install

  13. Hood Hold Open Rod Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Forward Lamp Wire Harness Ground Terminal (2) - Install [2x]

  15. Forward Lamp Wire Harness Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Ground Repair

    Engine Wire Harness Ground Terminal (2) - Install

  17. Engine Wire Harness Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Ground Repair

    Connect the transmission control module electrical connector (3)

  19. Battery Negative Cable Ground (2) - Install
  20. Battery Negative Cable Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Engine Control Module Bracket (2) - Install

    Body Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket (2) - Install

    Air Cleaner Assembly - (3) Install

  26. Air Cleaner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  27. Air Cleaner Clamp (1) - Tighten

    Intake Air Duct (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle (2) - Install

  30. Install the 3 radiator air front upper baffle retainers (1).

    Connect the electrical connector.

  34. Slide the sensor into the keyhole slot.
  35. Airbag Front End Discriminating Sensor (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Airbag Front End Discriminating Sensor Protector (2) - Install [2x]

  37. Airbag Front End Discriminating Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle (2) - Install

  39. Radiator Air Upper Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [7x]

    Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (1) - Install

  41. Install the hood cable retainer.

    Align the hood primary and secondary latch (1) with the marks made during removal.

  43. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Right Side (3) - Install

  45. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  50. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications

    Horn (2) - Install [2x]

    Forward range radar sensor will be with the bracket.

    Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) - Install

  64. Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Front Bumper Shutter Replacement

    Position the engine auxiliary radiator assembly (1) to the vehicle.

    Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Install the left and right side front bumper fascia support outer brace (2).

  84. Install the 2 left and right side front bumper fascia support outer brace bolt (1). Fastener Specifications

    Connect all electrical connectors.

  86. Install the left and right side headlamps (2)
  87. Secure the front headlamp guide pin to the front bumper fascia guide (1).

    Secure the wiring harness retaining tab.

    The front bumper fascia will rest in place by guides on the center support upper structure.

    With the aid of an assistant, install the fascia (1)

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Install the left side of the front bumper fascia (1) to the front bumper fascia guide (2) and the front headlamp (3).

  100. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

  113. Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
  114. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  115. Lower the vehicle.
  116. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  117. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
