Installation Procedure

    Front Floor Console Compartment Lamp (1) - Install

  2. Ensure the retaining tab has fully secured.

    Secure the front floor console compartment lamp wiring harness (1) to the front floor console compartment.

    Multimedia Receptacle (1) - Install

    NOTE:

    Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Insert the rear of the front floor console accessory power rear receptacle retainer (1) into the armrest compartment and tilt it down and into the compartment.

    Align the tab with the armrest compartment opening and insert the front floor console accessory power rear receptacle retainer (1).

    Route the connector through the front floor console accessory power rear receptacle retainer. Align the receptacle (1) to the slot in the opening.

  8. Install the receptacle (1) by pressing into place until fully seated.
  9. Connect the electrical connector.
  10. Align the tabs on the receptacle (1) to the slots in the retainer. Install the front floor console accessory power rear receptacle by pressing into place until fully seated.
  11. Install the auxiliary power outlet fuse.

    Connect all electrical connectors.

  13. Front Floor Console Armrest (3) - Install
  14. Attach the front floor console cup holder to the front floor console armrest (3).
    15. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  15. Front Floor Console Armrest Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [7x] - Fastener Specifications 
  16. Front Floor Console Cup Holder Bolt (1) - Install [5x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect all electrical connectors.

  18. Front Floor Console Rear Trim Panel (2) - Install
  19. Front Floor Console Rear Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Floor Console Trim Plate (1) - Install

    Install the automatic transmission control lever knob (1) then press down to engage the retainer.

  22. Carefully pull upward on the automatic transmission control lever knob (1) to ensure that the retainer is engaged.

    Front Floor Console Trim Plate Bolt (4) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 

  24. Connect the electrical connector (3).
  25. Insert the transmission control lever boot (2) into the front floor console trim plate.
  26. Shift the transmission through each gear and ensure that the shift lever knob operates properly.
  27. Front Floor Console Variable 1 Liner (1) - Install

    Slide the front floor console (1) back into the instrument panel.

    Engage the tabs (3) on both sides of the front floor console.

  30. Connect the front floor console harness connector on both sides of the front floor console.
  31. Front Floor Console Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications 
  32. Front Floor Console Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Floor Console Extension Panel - Left Side (1) - Install

  34. Return the seat to its original position.

    Front Floor Console Extension Panel - Right Side (1) - Install

  36. Return the seat to its original position.
