Installation Procedure

Clean the area where the rear compartment lid weatherstrip (1) will be mounted. Use a suitable solvent with a mixture of 50 percent isopropyl alcohol and 50 percent water by volume, or high-flash naphtha.
- Position the rear compartment lid weatherstrip (1) working downward along the edge, install the rear compartment lid weatherstrip (1) on the rear compartment opening flange.
- Ensure that the rear compartment lid weatherstrip (1) is seated on the entire rear compartment opening flange.
