    Starter(1) - Install

    Starter Bolt(2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Wiring Harness(1) - Reposition

    Starter Solenoid Cable Retainer(2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Turbocharger Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe(3)@Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger - Install

  15. Turbocharger Coolant Feed and Return Pipe Gasket(2)@Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger - Install NEW[2x]
  16. Turbocharger Coolant Feed and Return Pipe Bolt(1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe(3) - Install

  21. Positive Assurance Cap (1) - Install

    Turbocharger Exhaust Pipe Gasket(2) - Install NEW

  25. Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter(1) - Install

    Catalytic Converter Nut(1) - Install and tighten[4x] - Fastener Specifications

  27. Connect the heated oxygen sensor electrical connector.[2x]

    Catalytic Converter Brace(2) - Install

  29. Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Nut(1) - Install and tighten[5x] - Fastener Specifications

    Catalytic Converter Gasket(2) - Install NEW

  31. With the aid of an assistant, install the exhaust muffler (1).

  44. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Nut- Right Side(4) - Install and tighten[2x] - Fastener Specifications
  45. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt- Right Side(1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Underbody Rear Air Deflector- Left Side(5) - Install

  47. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Nut- Left Side(2) - Install and tighten[3x] - Fastener Specifications
  48. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side(3) - Install and tighten[3x] - Fastener Specifications
  49. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Nut- Left Side(4) - Install and tighten[2x] - Fastener Specifications
  50. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt- Left Side(1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Tire Front Air Deflector- Left Side and Right Side(2) - Install[2x]

  52. Rear Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side and Right Side(1) - Install and tighten[4x] - Fastener Specifications
  53. Lower the vehicle.

  56. Turbocharger Coolant Feed and Return Pipe Gasket(2) - Install NEW[2x]
  57. Turbocharger Coolant Feed and Return Pipe Bolt(1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Retaining Clip(1) - Install

    Retainer Spring(3) - Engage

  61. Charge Air Bypass Valve Hose(2) - Install
  62. Charge Air Bypass Valve Hose Clamp(1) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp(2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications

  64. Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Vacuum Tank Solenoid Valve Tube(1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Install the NEW positive crankcase ventilation fresh air tube (2) and secure the 2 positive crankcase ventilation tube connectors (1).

    Oil Filler Cap - Remove

  67. Intake Manifold Cover(2) - Install
  68. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt(1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  69. Oil Filler Cap - Install
  70. Fill the cooling system.   71. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
