Removal Procedure

  1. GM5422172

    Mark the location of the hood primary and secondary latch (1) with a grease pencil.

  2. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (2) - Remove [2x]

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (1) - Remove [6x]

  4. GM5422176

    Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (1) - Reposition away

  5. Release the tabs on the front bumper fascia (2) from the headlamp on both sides and reposition the upper portion of the front bumper fascia (2) away.

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle Retainer- Side (1) - Remove [2x]

  7. Radiator Air Upper Baffle Retainer (2) - Remove [4x]

    Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle (1) - Remove

  9. GM5399164

    Intake Air Duct (1) - Remove
