Removal Procedure

  1. GM5628891

    Throttle Inlet Absolute Pressure Sensor Bolt (1) - Loosen until disengaged

  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

  3. Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]
  4. Front Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Remove

    Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Screw (1) - Remove [3x]

  6. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (2) - Remove [2x]
  7. GM5394822

    Remove the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

  8. Retainer (1) - Remove
  9. Engine Front Splash Shield Bolt (2) - Remove [5x]
  10. Engine Front Splash Shield (3) - Remove
  11. GM5394953

    Front Wheelhouse Liner Screw (1) - Remove [7x]

  12. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Remove [4x]
  13. Front Wheelhouse Liner (3) - Remove
  14. GM5405551
  15. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  16. Throttle Inlet Absolute Pressure Sensor Bolt (1) - Remove
  17. Throttle Inlet Absolute Pressure Sensor (2) - Remove
