Removal Procedure

  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  4. GM5422357

    Rear Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  5. Rear Tire Front Air Deflector (2) - Remove
  6. GM5422616
    NOTE:

    Components removed for graphic clarity.

    Rear Bumper Fascia Screw (1) - Remove [2x]

  7. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Screw (2) - Remove [8x]
  8. Retainer (3) - Remove [2x]
  9. Push Pin (4) - Remove
  10. Rear Wheelhouse Liner (5) - Remove
  11. GM5403389

    Remove the tie strap (1)

  12. Disconnect the quick disconnect and remove from the 2 retainers. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  13. Evaporative Emission Canister Air Inlet Hose (2) - Remove
