Installation Procedure

  1. GM5875406

    Turbocharger Coolant Feed Lower Hose (2) - Install

  2. Turbocharger Coolant Feed Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  3. GM5874489

    Front Compartment Lower Noise Shield (1) - Install

  4. GM5874488
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

    Front Compartment Air Deflector Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

  5. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install
  6. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  7. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4 GE 47716)
