Installation Procedure

  1. GM5313262

    Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Engine Coolant Flow Control Valve - Install

  2. Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  3. GM5313255

    Radiator Inlet Hose (3) @ Radiator - Install

  4. Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  5. Radiator Inlet Hose Clip (2) - Install
  6. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY with V03 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY with V03 GE 47716) 
  7. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
