Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (L3B GE 47716)

    Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  3. Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Heat Exchanger Outlet Hose (2) @ Engine Oil Cooler Coolant Outlet Hose - Remove
  4. GM5396237

    Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  5. Engine Oil Cooler Coolant Outlet Hose (2) - Remove
