Installation Procedure

  1. GM5406711

    Engine Cooler Fan (3) @ Engine Radiator (1) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Engine Coolant Fan Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  3. GM5428749

    Air Conditioning Condenser Tube Clip (1) @ Engine Cooler Fan (2) - Install

  4. GM5446509

    Radiator Inlet Pipe (3) - Move into position

  5. Radiator Outlet Pipe Clip (4) - Install
  6. GM5427525

    Install the air cleaner (1) and air cleaner outlet duct (2) as an assembly.

    Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications

  8. Air Cleaner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Electrical Connector (4) - Connect [2x]

  10. Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Tube (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
  11. Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
  12. Wiring Harness Retainer (1) @ Air Cleaner Assembly - Install [3x]
  13. GM5427476

    Engine Coolant Fan Electrical Connector (3) @ Forward Lamp Wiring Harness (4) - Connect

  14. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Bracket (2) - Reposition
  15. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Clip Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  16. GM5427430

    Radiator Upper Bracket (2) - Install [2x]

  17. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  18. Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install
  19. GM5420297

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle (2) - Install

  20. Radiator Air Upper Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [7x]
  21. Raise the vehicle.

    Radiator Air Lower Seal Retainer (1) - Install [4x]

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector (1) - Install

  24. GM5407644

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Retainer (3) - Install [2x]

    25. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  25. Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
  26. Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
  27. GM5468709

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

  28. GM5407645

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [10x] - Fastener Specifications .

  29. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
