Installation Procedure

Install the 2 auxiliary radiator outlet hose retainers (1) into the auxiliary radiator outlet hose connectors.
Install the auxiliary radiator outlet hose (2) to the left side charge air cooler and the engine radiator ensuring that the 2 auxiliary radiator outlet hose retainers (1) are fully engaged.
Auxiliary Radiator Front Duct- Left Side (1) - Install
Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) - Install

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
Install the wiring harness.
NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.

Horn- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]
Horn Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.

Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bracket Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]
{ If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) - Install
{ If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
{ If equipped } Connect the electrical connector.
Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Install [3x]
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing CFV, CFZ)
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
