Removal Procedure

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module (1) - Remove - Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (1)

  3. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper and Blow Lower Case Bolt (2) - Remove

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper and Blow Lower Case Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]

    Air Inlet Housing (1) - Remove

    Heater Core Tube Seal (1) - Remove

  7. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper and Blow Lower Case Bolt (2) - Remove [2x]
  8. Heater Core Tube Bracket (3) - Remove

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Cover (1) - Remove

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper and Blow Lower Case Bolt (1) - Remove [6x]

  14. Disconnect and remove the air conditioning harness as necessary.

  20. Programmable Temperature Valve Actuator-Left Side (2) - Remove

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper and Blow Lower Case Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]

  22. Programmable Temperature Valve Actuator-Mode Actuator (2) - Remove
  23. Programmable Temperature Valve Actuator-Right Side (3) - Remove
  24. Evaporator Air Temperature Sensor (4) - Remove
  25. Transfer components as necessary.
