Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  2. Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

    Remove the 2 chassis harness wire harness retainers (1) and reposition the chassis harness.

  4. Rear Brake Hose Clip Bolt (2) - Remove
  5. Remove the 3 electronic suspension rear vertical accelerometer retainers (3) and reposition the electronic suspension rear vertical accelerometer harness.

    NOTE:

    Position a suitable jack stand under the rear suspension knuckle to aid in the removal of the rear suspension trailing arm bolt.

  7. Rear Suspension Trailing Arm Nut (1) - Remove
  8. Rear Suspension Trailing Arm Bolt (2) - Remove and DISCARD

    Rear Suspension Trailing Arm Bracket Nut (1) - Remove

  10. Rear Suspension Trailing Arm Bracket Bolt (2) - Remove and DISCARD
