Installation Procedure

Install the headliner wiring harness, if necessary.
- Lay the wiring harness on the new headlining trim panel (2) to confirm correct routing and ensure harness leads are proper length for mating connections prior to gluing.
- Use hot melt adhesive to install the wiring harness. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Apply insulator tape over glued locations to prevent squeaks and rattles as needed.
With the aid of an assistant, position the headlining trim panel (2) into the vehicle through the front windshield.
Connect the electrical connectors.
Engage the two retainers (1) at the rear underside of the headlining trim panel (2).

Rear Window Panel Trim (2) - Install
1. With the aid of an assistant, guide the rear window panel trim (1) rearward in the vehicle and downward to clear the speaker system.
2. Route the center seat belt webbing, buckle, and bezel through the trim (1).
3. Ensure the rear window trim panel feet are seated into the rear window sheet metal drain shoe.

Quarter Upper Trim Panel (3) - Install [2x]

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

Rear Seat Back Bolster (2) - Install [2x]

Slide the rear seat back bolster retainer lock (1) toward the rear of the vehicle.

Apply pressure upward on the high mount stop lamp cover (1) to engage the retaining tabs.
Ensure the retaining tabs have engaged and the high mount stop lamp cover (1) is fully seated to the headlining trim panel (2).

Connect the electrical connectors.
Sunshade (3) - Install [2x]
Sunshade Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

Install the windshield multifunction sensor mount bracket cover (1) ensuring the retaining tabs are fully seated.

Connect the electrical connectors.
Install the roof console (1) and front roof console tab into the headliner.
