Installation Procedure

    Driver Footrest Bracket (3) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Driver Footrest Bracket Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 
  3. Driver Footrest Retainer (1) - Install

    Footrest Energy Absorber (2) - Install

  5. Floor Carpet Retainer Nut (1) - Install

    Front Floor Panel Carpet-Left Side (3) - Install

  7. Floor Carpet Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  8. Floor Carpet Retainer Button (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    When installing the Accelerator Pedal do NOT use a mallet or excessive force on the pedal assembly or damage to the pedal assembly could occur, requiring replacement of the pedal assembly.

    Slide the accelerator pedal back in place to engage its lower retaining tabs while tilting the top of the accelerator pedal (3) forward.

  10. Connect the connector to the accelerator pedal (3).
  11. Accelerator Pedal (3) - Install
  12. Accelerator Pedal Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  13. Accelerator Pedal Cover (1) - Install

    Driver Footrest (1) - Install

    NOTE:

    Reposition the front floor panel carpet as needed.

    Starting at the front of the front side door sill garnish molding (1), engage the clip on the forward vertical wall and locator pin.

  16. Work your way rearward engaging all the front side door sill garnish molding clips.

    Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover (1) - Install

    Front Floor Console (1) - Install - Front Floor Console Removal and Installation (with M5N) , or Front Floor Console Removal and Installation (with MQA) , or Front Floor Console Removal and Installation (Blackwing)
