Assembly Procedure

Lubricate the front brake caliper piston seal (3) with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Install the NEW front brake caliper piston seal (3) into the brake caliper housing groove. Ensure the front brake caliper piston seal is properly seated in the caliper housing groove and is not distorted.
- Install the NEW front brake caliper piston boot (2) into the brake caliper housing dust boot groove on the piston.
- Install the front brake caliper piston (1) into the caliper bore.
- Install the front brake caliper piston boot (2) into the front brake caliper housing.
- Fully seat the front brake caliper piston (1) into the brake caliper bore.
