If the clutch pack assembly is replaced, the TCCM must be recalibrated using the service calibration. Transfer Case Information Label
- Transfer Case Armature (7) - Remove
- Transfer Case Pressure Plate (6) - Remove
- Transfer Case Friction Plate (5) - Remove
- Transfer Case Separator Plate (4) - Remove
- Transfer Case Clutch Hub (3) - Remove
- Thrust Washer (2) - Remove
- Transfer Case Clutch Drum (1) - Remove
NOTE:
Remember the orientation of the friction plates for assembly.
