Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  2. Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)
  3. Parking Brake Caliper - Remove - Parking Brake Caliper Replacement (J57, J6H)
  4. Disconnect the electronic suspension rear vertical accelerometer electrical connector (1).

  5. Unclip the 2 electronic suspension rear vertical accelerometer retainers (2).
  6. Unclip the electronic suspension rear vertical accelerometer retainer (1).

  7. Electronic Suspension Rear Vertical Accelerometer Bolt (3) - Remove
  8. Electronic Suspension Rear Vertical Accelerometer (2) - Remove
