Installation Procedure

Camshaft Housing Cover Insulator (1) - Install
Install the left side lower turbocharger wastegate bracket (1).
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Install the 2 left side lower turbocharger wastegate bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Connect all electrical connectors. - Install
- Install the engine wiring harness to the engine with (2) harness retainers.
- Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
Charge Air Cooler Cover (1) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Cover Replacement
Intake Manifold Cover (2) - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
