Removal Procedure

  1. Intake Manifold Cover - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement 
  2. Throttle Body Assembly - Remove - Throttle Body Assembly Replacement

    Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Pump (2) - Remove - Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Pump Replacement

  4. Oil Level Indicator Tube - Remove - Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement

    Retainer (1) - Disconnect [3x]

    Retainer (1) - Disconnect

    Engine Wiring Harness Conduit Nut (1) - Remove

  8. Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Pipe Bracket (2) - Reposition

    Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect

  10. Retainer (2) - Disconnect

    Intake Manifold Bolt (1) - Remove [7x]

    Intake Manifold (1) - Remove

  13. Intake Manifold Gasket (2) - Remove and DISCARD
